Settle into stillness at the historic Rocky Hill Meeting House. Surrounded by quiet simplicity, participants are invited to practice gentle, self-guided meditation that fosters presence, calm, and reflection. This bi-weekly peaceful hour offers space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—both with yourself and with the serene character of the meetinghouse. This members-exclusive program is free to all Historic New England members and takes place on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, June 6–October 10. No prior meditation experience is necessary; all are welcome to come as they are.
