About The Class: The Reiki 1 certification class is a sacred introduction to the practice of Reiki, offering both the foundations of its history and the lived experience of connecting with universal life force energy. Together, we'll explore: Reiki principles Energy awareness Hand positions Intuitive healing Daily practices that support balance, grounding, and self-healing through Reiki energy With guided meditation, reflection questions, and interactive exercises, students will not only learn how Reiki works, but also begin to recognize how it flows through their own hands and into their lives. Reiki is a sacred practice, passed down from teacher to student through attunements that open the channel to this healing energy. Receive a special initiation through the Reiki Attunement Ceremony to be welcomed into this ancient healing practice. You will also receive a Reiki 1 Certificate at the closing of the class. My intention is to create a healing and educational space where you too can connect with that healing light, trust your natural intuition, and begin to embody Reiki as both a practice and a way of life. ------- A note from your Reiki Master Teacher In my current practice, I believe passing on the energy of Reiki that has been so pivotal in my own healing journey is part of my purpose or dharma here on Earth, so that I and my students can amplify this light in the world, making it a better place, one soul at a time. By sharing it, I know that I can grow and share my knowledge as a gift - my teachings are extensions of my personal healing path. One's initiation into Reiki is a gift both from and to the universe. It connects the practitioner to the energy of the cosmos from which we come from. It creates a beautiful and safe space within one's self for healing and connection to their own energy, raises the vibration of their soul and everyone they touch. Reiki is a remembrance that we are all connected by an energy that makes up all that is and ever will be, and passing it on to students helps every soul remember this connection to the infinite, their own wholeness, how to heal and hold their past and current selves and others. From my personal experience, the soul comes back to itself, with its own healing medicine, through the path of Reiki.
